Check out the link below to Short On Cents. They are reporting that KMart will be doing the double coupons again starting the week of 4/4. I have called corporate Kmart to find out if Michigan is participating. I was told that I needed to contact my local store. I did that and have been told by the manager that she hasn't gotten any information yet but to check back in a week or so. I will let you know any information as I find it out.
